- Newly constructed in October 2013, our purpose built 2500 square meter workshop houses 3 sections. Machining, Fitting and Fabrication /Welding, making us your “One Stop Workshop”.
- This modern workshop if fitted with 2 x 20 ton overhead cranes, capable of a combined lift of 40 ton, a 5 ton overhead crane, 360 degree 3.2 ton gantry, 10 x 1000 kg and 3 x 500kg gantries strategically positioned around the workshop to aid speed and efficiency.
- We have convenient drive through access for loading/unloading transport featuring 6m wide by 10m high roller doors, enabling us to service large equipment with ease. This can be performed by either overhead cranes, forklifts ranging from 2.5 to 12 tons or our 6 ton mobile crane.
Our machine shop houses a large range of CNC Lathes, Milling Machines and Borers as well as Manual Machines all operated by our first class machinists.

- 13 x Lathes including 5 of which are CNC
- 8 x Milling Machines including one Bed Milling Machine
- 2 x Horizontal Borers, one of which is CNC
- 6 Meter Floor Borer CNC
- 1 x Vertical Borer
- 2 x Slotting Machines
- 1 x Automatic Bandsaw
- 1 x Surface Grinder
Separated by a dust and sound dampening wall, our highly experienced boilermakers and welders combine their vast knowledge to maintain the upmost quality of workmanship with the following equipment:
- Mig / Tig / Stick Welders
- Rotary Welding Tables – vertical and horizontal
- Portable Line borer / Welder
- Punch and Shear
- 100 Tonne Press
- 2 x Induction Heaters
- Plasma transfer Arc (PTA) & Thermal Spray Metal Spraying
Our spacious fitting area has allowed us to take on larger projects.
We have custom designed facilities to strip down, overhaul and repair a wide variety of components in a cost efficient and productive manner. Working in conjunction with our other departments we are able to get your product completed and out to you with ease.
