Specialising in CNC turning, milling and boring allows us to perform tasks not able to be done otherwise as well as the more complicated jobs e.g.

• circle, arc, pocket, square & round corner milling
• threading internally & externally, radiousing, shafting
• computerised drilling & tapping, grooving

Repetition as well as jobbing work, e.g.

• pins, shafts, spacers, flanges

Splining internal and external:

• as per samples supplied or made to order
• small to medium shafts & internal bores

Metal spraying:

• zinc, ceramics, plastics, nylon, steel, etc.
• seal areas, bearing journal areas, repairing pumps

Straight line boring:

• gearboxes, pump housings etc.

Slotting internally and externally etc.

• keyways for shafts, couplings

Small fabrication, welding & fitting:

• Fabrication from drawings and sketches
• Build up work internal and external e.g. bores, bearing journals, seal areas and bolting surfaces.
• Repair work to parts that require to be preheated to a particular temperature can be achieved with our state of the art induction heater.
• Overhauling of components in house weather planned or a breakdown – from stripping, cleaning and repairing to a bearing change and reassembling.
