Metal Spraying

The Cartodyn DS 8000 Cold Metal Spray Kit, added to our hot spraying capabilities, gives us a wide metal spraying scope. Combining both hot and cold spraying capabilities, the following are some of the surfaces we are able to spray:

Danobat Surface Grinder
Being used for external surface grinding, the Danobat has the flowing capacity:
» Maximum length ground - 800mm
» Maximum width ground - 475mm
» Maximum height ground - 450mm (with wheel diameter of 14 inches)

16” Track Slotter

With a 16” stroke and a 990 mm diameter indexable table, the Butler Slotter is an essential part of the manufacturing process.

This machine is used to cut internal keyways, both straight and tapered, and also to a limited degree internal splining.

Radial Drills
The smaller of the radial drills is a 4 Morse taper drill and the larger is a 6 Morse taper drill.  Our drilling capacity at present ranges from 0.5mm to 110 mm in diameter.
