Union Horizontal Borer BFT 130/6
Enhancing our boring capabilities, the Union Borer covers the gaps and more when size and difficulty are factors to consider when line boring and milling. Fully CNC controlled, fitted with a Siemens Sinumerik 840D controller and Shopmill software makes the seemingly impossible possible.

Designed for individual machining (jobbing), this machine is capable of small to medium batch production. The distinct advantage of this machine is the ability to pre-machine and finish machine the work pieces on 4 sides without resetting, on five sides when the vertical milling attachment is used.

This machine makes the otherwise difficult job on the center lathe a lot easier as the job is lying horizontal not vertical.
